WHITE CHOCOLATE!!!!!!!!!!

Baker's Tip: I love white chocolate!!!!! When I first started baking I was surprised to find out that it does not contain any cocoa solids and gets it's flavor from cocoa butter. To experience the most outrageous flavor ever get the highest quality white chocolate you can find to incorporate in your recipes where it is an ingredient. The rich smooth flavor will blow you away!!!!!! Be careful during the melting process....it burns easily.
